  1. Why can’t I add an item to my cart?

If you select an item that is currently out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart. If you want a product that is currently out of stock, contact us to record your choice and we’ll get back to you.

 

  1. I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@fekak.com quoting your order number

 

  1. When will my order ship?
    Most orders ship within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or US holidays.

 

 

  1. Why haven’t I received my order confirmation?

Once you have completed the checkout process and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Please verify that emails from info@fekak.com are not in your spam folder. To prevent this from happening, add us to your safe sender list

 

  1. Why was my order cancelled?

 

Due to an unforeseen reason, an item you ordered may suddenly go out of stock and no longer be available. This will be a rare occurrence. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

 

 

  1. Do you carry plus sizes?

Please contact us at info@fekak.com if you are interested in a plus size for an item you saw.
