Return Policy

We accept returns within thirty (20) days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt) for most items in new condition.

Here’s the breakdown. Items must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered, have no makeup stains, deodorant stains, or animal hair to receive a refund. Sale items, gift cards, earrings, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

U.S. Hassle-Free Returns

We’re bummed your item didn’t work out but here is how easy it is to return!

Returns will be refunded to your form of payment (credit card, PayPal etc.) with a $10 shipping and handling fee being deducted from the amount refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

On receipt and examination of the returned product, we will reimburse the purchase price paid for the product, excluding any applicable charges. Refunds are only processed within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods.
How To Exchange Or Return:

1. Send an email to info@fekak.com with ‘Exchange or/and Return’ in the subject line. Providing your order number, product/s to be returned or exchanged and reason for the return.
2. Once received, we will process and email you a Returns shipping label.
3. To return goods, print out the Shipping Label and stick over original packaging then drop off the package with the courier indicated on the label.
4. Upon receipt of returned good, we will process your exchange/refund within 7 working days

Exchanges and Store Credit:

Since our items sell out quickly, it is usually best to return your items for a refund and place an order for the items you are wanting. If you wish to exchange, please note your exchange choice on the invoice/email. If you wish to get store credit instead of a refund, please note so on your invoice.
